Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
How to return
To start a return, please contact us at hotsauceltd.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
Food safety
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used food products, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
Return postage
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, return postage costs are your responsibility. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage cost.
